Welcome to the platform - this article will guide you on how to connect with an English expert :
- To start your first session with a live English Expert - go for our Trial Plan.
- To purchase the paid trial - go to the subscription plan and from there select the trial plan & pay using a debit card/credit card, Paytm, or a popular wallet. If you’re outside of India you can pay using Paypal or a credit card. On successful payment, the plan is activated immediately.
- Once you have your Trial plan active press the “connect with the expert” button. It will play an intro for you & after the intro, your call will be connected with a live English expert
- If all the experts are busy - a callback request will be generated for you & one of the experts will call you back soon using the app.
- During the Call the experts will ask you questions like - What is your struggle with the English language and they will also guide you accordingly & they will also answer any question you might have related to how to improve your English.
- If you're in India you can make EngVarta calls using your phone number as well. This feature is useful for users who do not have a good internet connection in their area.
- Once your session is complete you’ll find your session recording in the “My Recording” section of the app. The recording will include your complete conversation along with the overall conversation rating & your assignment for the next call.
- You’ll also be asked to provide feedback after every call based on how was your experience talking with the expert.
- In case you’re facing any issues with the app or have general questions - you can contact our support team by navigating to the support section of the app.
Go to the dashboard click on the support, go to my tickets, and create a ticket from there to connect with a support agent.
