How can I pause my current plan?

To pause your current plan. From your dashboard tap on the menu icon ( at top left ) & then from the menu select the option Pause Plan.

On the next screen, navigate to section "Pause my plan".

Then you will see a form just provide the requested information there to pause your current plan.
