The Plan Pause feature enables you to pause your plan for a period of time when you're not available to take sessions due to any work or plans at your end. When you pause your plan, the validity stops right there and when you're back you can resume it and it will start from where you left.
If you are on a plan with a validity of 30 days or less then it will allow you to pause your plan once per subscription. However, in case you have opted for a long term plan like 3 months, 6 months or a year then you can use the plan pause feature once every 45 days.
Now to pause your plan simply write us the reason along with the date when you'll be back & press submit. The system will automatically resume your plan on that date & notify you. In case you're back soon then you can enable it by yourself from the app.
While your plan is paused all features of the app will be inaccessible - you can only write a support ticket or you can resume your plan to access the rest functionality of the app.
You can pause your plan for a maximum of 15 days or half of your current validity ( whichever is minimum ).
