The Plan Pause feature enables you to pause your plan for a period of time when you're not available to take sessions due to any work or plans at your end. When you pause your plan, the validity stops right there and when you're back you can resume it and it will start from where you left.
The plan can be paused once in 30 days for max 10 days or half of the validity period (whichever is minimum)
Now to pause your plan simply write us the reason along with the date when you'll be back & press submit. The system will automatically resume your plan on that date & notify you. In case you're back soon then you can enable it by yourself from the app.
While your plan is paused all features of the app will be inaccessible - you can only write a support ticket or you can resume your plan to access the rest of the functionality of the app.
You can pause your plan for a maximum of 10 days or half of your current validity ( whichever is the minimum ).
